Our popular pre-school classes cater for boys and girls from 18 months to school age. At present we have 50 children attending on a regular basis but we do have places available.
Pre-school gymnasts train for 45 minutes per session. With the younger group, coaches are present to ensure the safety of the children while the parent/guardian supervises the child. Older children are assigned to groups and are led around the gym by a coach. The sessions are primarily aimed at improving co-ordination and balance, using the gym equipment to encourage better co-ordination, strength and flexibility in the child. The emphasis is on fun!
Pleae note that from Tuesday 28th September 2010, all pre-school classes will be held at Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre, not Dovedale Sports Centre

We are also now taking bookings for Gymnastics parties! Organised fun and games and the use of our pre-school equipment for up to 20 children. Give us a call to reserve your date and we will organise the rest!
